Precision Rigging and Logistics are proud to share a project recently completed at the University of Queensland- St Lucia Campus. We were engaged by Dewpoint Group to remove and replace 1x 18t Chiller onsite. Precision Rigging supplied the complete logistics package as usual- Inclusive of Crane hire, Transport and Traffic management. This particular video showcases the skill and experience our team have to manually relocate and reposition the equipment, with only minimal clearances and mechanical rigging methods. Our teams hard work has resulted with a successful job and another happy client!
The Team at Precision Rigging and Logistics are proud to share a recent project completed by our fantastic team. Precision Rigging were engaged by Johnson Controls to supply the full logistics package including a 450t crane and complete traffic management closure of Queen St.
The project required our team to remove and replace 2x Chillers in components from the level 27 plantroom. The redundant equipment was dismantled to be relocated onto the roof and into the required lift radius in preparation for the crane day. All new components were lifted onto the roof and carefully relocated into the plantroom for reassembly. Precision Rigging and Logistics were engaged by our very loyal national customer to complete a difficult project in Sydney.This project had many obstacles to hurdle as the project was in the iconic 4 Martin place Sydney CBD which is across from the Anzac Memorial.
Precision Rigging and Logistics were able to supply the full package inclusive of - Rigging and relocation specialist, crane hire, traffic management and permits, crowd barriers and transport. Luke and his highly skilled team removed and replaced 2x water cooled chillers and various mechanical plant with some tricky fleeting and mechanical Rigging to complete another successful project on a busy Friday night at 8pm.
Precision Rigging and logistics completed and supplied the full package for what was considered another "rigging and logistical nightmare." We at Precision supplied full road closures and a 350t crane for the removal and installation of 2x 8.5tonne trane chillers at the staggering height of 97m. We came up with an innovative solution once again for our client. We were also lucky enough to be the first to Commercially work with a Prototype spreader bar that will change lifting in the future. We couldn't have done this without Universal Cranes , Aaction Traffic and their incredible teams.
Precision Rigging and Logistics executed the below job complete redundant equipment demolition, along with transportation, traffic control and crane logistics package to remove and replace the mechanical A/C equipment.

A joint effort from Precision Rigging and Logistics, Metro Lift and Stuart and Elliot From TRADIES on Ropes. A redundant Grain Feeder scaling upside the building was removed from position at the iconic XXXX brewery.
Precision Rigging and Logistics first relocated and positioned three 7.5 tone chillers onto the roof temporarily for removal, two individual crane lifts were completed for the removal of chillers on and off the roof. Precision Rigging and Logistics then positioned all the new equipment into there final place within the plant room
Precision Rigging and Logistics completed what was known as the "impossible job" Precision Rigging supplied the full logistics package to remove and replace a water cooled chiller system. The weights of the largest components were 3.5 tonne and were hoisted up the tower with a building crane and a series of winches to secure the components.
